2FA starts in less than a week.
Are you fully prepared for 2-Factor Authentication to start on Monday, November 18? Make sure you are set-up with a token, or the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device. Visit the IT pop-up booth on the dates below to have your questions answered, or for additional support.
November 12-22 – 2FA booths
We will also have 2FA booths set-up from 8:00 am–4:00 pm in the A building lobby (from Nov 12–22, excluding Nov 13) and in the library outside L104 (from Nov 18–22). If you have any questions about 2FA or require any support, stop by during the stated hours and we will be happy to assist you.
All employees who download and set up the Microsoft Authenticator app by November 8th will be automatically entered into a draw to win an 11” iPad Pro, or 1 of 5 $25 Starbucks gift cards. The winner will be selected by randomized draw on November 12th (winner will be notified via email). Thank you to Microserve for their generous donation, and to the Langara Foundation for facilitating these gifts.
This draw is open to Langara employees that are going to use the app only; users who have requested a hardware token are not eligible.
